Orders & Return FAQ

We keep your information confidential and will never send you unsolicited emails. You must provide our customer support team with a means of getting in touch with you regarding your order, so nothing unexpected occurs! As a record of the order, we also want to ensure you receive our email confirmation. We like working with clients; we need a method to maintain open communication.

We get so many new designs every week, and we sometimes need more time for customized ones that it takes work to keep our site up to date. If your item is on backorder, it could take two to four weeks to customize. This time will be different. You can do a few things:

  1. You can put your item on hold and wait until it’s back in stock or customized.
  2. If you don’t want to wait for that item or want to change the order, you can cancel it.
  3. Unfortunately, we don’t exchange any products so you’ll need to cancel and buy new one.

Our system will instantly send you a shipment confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your product leaves our warehouse. You may obtain up-to-the-minute location information by clicking on the tracking number in your account.

We can assist if there is no activity for two days. Call us at 800 484-3071. Call without delay! It might take up to 8-10 business days before we can reship your item or provide you a full refund if your package was damaged or lost by FEDEX.

If you get an email confirming your order and notice a mistake, feel free to call us at 800 484-3071 or email contact@weldorf.com. If it’s after business hours, leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and order number (if available). 

  1. Please note that we verify the address for the credit card on file. We only ship to verified addresses only.
  2. We apply automatic cross checks on different variables such as IP address, geolocation, email address, to block all the orders matching suspicious parameters.

We absolutely certain that you will love our stock products. That’s why we are giving you 14 days return policy except for customized jewelry. if you changed your mind, just return it within 14 days for a full refund. Please, notice that after 14 days the product can’t be returned or exchanged, so purchase with care.

  • We don’t accept any returns for high-end customized jewelry.

Most likely, you will need to wait until you clear the order. clicking twice for pending order will double charge your credit card company/ bank account.
